- 6-7 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
- 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 8-10 bread slices
- Water (to moisten the bread)
- Oil (for deep frying)

- Preparing the Mashed Potato Mixture:
- In the boiled and mashed potatoes, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Preparing the Bread:
- Cut off the edges (brown part) of the bread slices using a knife.
- Grind the bread edges in a mixer to make bread crumbs and set aside.

- Stuffing the Bread:
- Dip a bread slice lightly in water and immediately take it out. Press it with both hands to remove excess water and make the bread slice flat and soft.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of the mashed potato mixture in the center of the bread slice.
- Roll the bread slice with the potato mixture using both hands to make a cylindrical or oval shape, ensuring the mixture is sealed inside.
- Coating and Frying the Bread Rolls:
- Roll the prepared bread roll in the bread crumbs to coat it evenly.
- Heat oil in a kadai (deep frying pan).
- Carefully place the coated bread rolls in the hot oil and deep fry them until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove the fried bread rolls and place them on a tissue paper to soak up excess oil.
