    • 6-7 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    • 1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
    • 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
    • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
    • Salt (to taste)
    • 1 pinch turmeric powder
    • 8-10 bread slices
    • Water (to moisten the bread)
    • Oil (for deep frying)

    1. Preparing the Mashed Potato Mixture:
      • In the boiled and mashed potatoes, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
    2. Preparing the Bread:
      • Cut off the edges (brown part) of the bread slices using a knife.
      • Grind the bread edges in a mixer to make bread crumbs and set aside.
      1. Stuffing the Bread:
        • Dip a bread slice lightly in water and immediately take it out. Press it with both hands to remove excess water and make the bread slice flat and soft.
        • Place 1-2 tablespoons of the mashed potato mixture in the center of the bread slice.
        • Roll the bread slice with the potato mixture using both hands to make a cylindrical or oval shape, ensuring the mixture is sealed inside.
      2. Coating and Frying the Bread Rolls:
        • Roll the prepared bread roll in the bread crumbs to coat it evenly.
        • Heat oil in a kadai (deep frying pan).
        • Carefully place the coated bread rolls in the hot oil and deep fry them until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
        • Remove the fried bread rolls and place them on a tissue paper to soak up excess oil.
      3. Serving:

        • Serve the hot bread rolls with ketchup or green chutney.
