Gobhi Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of cauliflower
- 2 cups whole wheat flour(gehu ka aatta)
- Salt (according to taste )
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 4-5 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- half teaspoon ajwain Optionally (carom seeds)
- Water (as needed)
- Ghee or oil (for cooking)
Method For Prepare Gobhi Paratha Recipe

Prepare the Dough:
- In a parat, add the whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt.
- Slowly add water and knead the flour into a smooth, soft dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Gobhi Paratha Filling:
- Clean the cauliflower and grate it or chop it into very small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the grated or choped cauliflower with salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
- Optionally add ajwain for extra flavor.
- Mix everything well and set aside.

Assemble the Parathas:
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Take one dough ball, dust it with flour, and roll it out into a small circle .
- Place a enough amount of the cauliflower filling in the center of the rolled-out dough.
- Gather the edges of the dough and bring them together to seal the filling inside.
- Gently press the filled dough ball and roll it out again into a flat circle.

Cook the Parathas:
- Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat.
- Place the rolled-out paratha on the hot tawa.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
- Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side.
- Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.

Serve:
- Serve the gobhi parathas hot with yogurt, pickle, or any side dish of your choice.
